profiles: @system: force >=findutils-4.4

Some packages/eclasses started adding a DEPEND on recent findutils as
they wanted to use newer POSIX syntax ("-exec +").  Since this usage
is throughout the tree and most don't bother depending on it, force
the @system to pull in a recent version.
