As discussed in #gentoo-releng on 2019/04/22.
The LSI-tw_cli license:
- permits distribution: 2.1(c) & (d), 3.1(a)
- does not require explicit approval
- does not restrict cost of redistribution
- does have an explicit inclusion requirement for a copy of the license, 3.1(b)
Further, 3ware gave Gentoo explicit permission to redistribute that was
previously documented, bug 60690, comment 106.
