x11-wm/aewm++: bump to EAPI5 (EAPI2 deprecated)

Just fixing some repoman complaints.

Note, upstream has released a version "1.0" which seems to be newer than
the version 1.1.5 currently in repo; if a maintainer wants to pick this up then
the version numbering might need to be revisited.
