profiles: delete unreachable arch/x86/xbox

Delete an old benign profile. It's difference
from defaults is the following:
    PROFILE_ARCH="xbox" # not used in ebuilds
    CPU_FLAGS_X86="mmx sse"
    CFLAGS="-O2 -march=pentium3 -pipe"

I suggest using those values directly on vanilla x86.
