As discussed in #gentoo-releng on 2019/04/22.
The bonnie license:
- permits distribution: 'copy' in the license text
- does not require explicit approval
- does not restrict cost of redistribution
As a further note, the source from bonnie was incorporated into
bonnie++, which is GPL licensed.
