gnome-desktop is used very lightly via GIR; no need to rebuild
gnome-tweak-tool on gnome-desktop subslot bumps with the current usage.
Even if things aren't compatible anymore on some gnome-desktop ABI
change, the rebuild won't notice it anyways.
