profiles/arch/sparc/package.use.mask: mask dev-lang/erlang[hipe]

Build fails as
  error: ‘am_ultrasparc’ undeclared
which is an effect of ./configure bug of sparc32/sparc64 detection.

Needs an upstream fix.
