profiles/updates/3Q-2013: Remove old pkgmove from twisted to twisted-core

This pkg move was not discovered before the new single pkg twisted had been re-introduced
into the tree with several pkgs depending on the new pkg.
For older systems (3+ years) before the move happened, they will likely have much bigger
issues to deal with upgrading, but the twisted upgrade should not be a problem.
