x11-apps/mkfontdir: Version bump to 1.2.0

This is an empty package, because the mkfontdir script has been merged
into mkfontscale-1.2.0. x11-apps/mkfontdir will be removed once all
dependencies have been transitioned to mkfontscale-1.2.0.
