net-mail/notmuch: Add sub-slot "4"

Sub-slot corresponds to major wersion of libnotmuch.so.X.Y.  Bump of Y
is meant to be binary backward compatible.

Nothing depends directly on libnotmuch.so therefore I skip revision
bump.
