x11-wm/e16: fix REQUIRED_USE block properly

Commit 9fff67833610ec044978b8c34e8a1f62d82a0afc had not fixed bug
679746 properly: REQUIRED_USE block was still malformed due to
typos, so bug 679800 emerged.
