media-sound/mpfc: Add missing AC_SEARCH_LIBS for libm to prevent underlinking

Gentoo-Bug: 529490
In addition, correct ncurses underlinking by properly
checking via PKG_CHECK_MODULES. Also fix QA warnings caused
by implicit declarations.
