eclass/qt4-build-multilib.eclass: Remove use use sparc64-eclass

Commit 8f41e56990ce35c17f996307ffd192a529f4d740
  "remove FreeBSD profiles x86-freebsd, x64-freebsd and sparc64-freebsd"
removed the sparc64-freebsd and x64-freebsd profiles, but forgot to
remove the sparc64-freebsd use flag check in qt4-build-multilib.eclass.
