  fix initialization of empty structs
U 105_all_libgfortran-Werror.patch:
  patch configure.ac as well
+ 112_all_libstdcxx-no-vtv.patch:
  drop libstdc++ libking against libvtv
+ 113_all_ICE-on-strncmp-PR87099.patch:
  fix SIGSEGV on strncmp() VRP checks
