dev-perl/Try-Tiny:  Bump to version 0.240.0

- EAPI6
- Fix DESCRIPTION interpolating "$@"
- Add optional deps with USE="!minimal"

Upstream:
- Allow using Sub::Util instead of Sub::Name where its available.
