dev-perl/DateTime-Locale: Bump to version 1.160.0 (masked)

Upstream:
- Fixed DateTime::Locale->load failing with English/Native name
  identifiers.
- Fix bug script-code parsing where the script was omitted
- Locale data now only loaded as necessary from a share/ directory
- Update to CLDR31/2017-03-20
