dev-python/configshell: update live ebuild

* Bump to EAPI 6
* Update git repository URI
* Change license to Apache-2.0
* Remove DEPEND on dev-python/simpleparse
* Add DEPEND on dev-python/pyparsing
* Add RDEPEND on  dev-python/urwid
