kde-plasma/plasma-workspace: Add back legacy (gtk2) session mgmt

Upstream dropped it in 5.6 but later found out it was still in use by
Mozilla applications et al., thus reverted in Plasma/5.6 branch but
only after 5.6.5.1 release.
