Make the defaults be to *not* to get Kerberos V4 tickets.  There are
currently bad interactions between defaulting and the default Kerberos
V4 realm (which is still hard-coded to be ATHENA.MIT.EDU).

Also added some miscelanneous code cleanups.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
