app-office/lyx: Prepare for font.eclass change

tc-export, newicon, get_libdir and doicon are used in this ebuild.
Adjusted the inherited eclasses accordingly.
This ebuild relied on eutils in font.eclas, which is on the way to get
removed for EAPI=6. -r3 is now ready for this step.
