dev-perl/Contextual-Return: Bump to version 0.4.8

- EAPI6
- Fix bad metadata entry

Upstream:
- Avoid problems with $VERSION extraction by promoting its location
- Ensure overridden caller() has prototype
- caller() should no longer clash with Sub::Uplevel
