media-video/ffmpeg: Fix Chromium build for v4+

I don't know why enabling OpenCL causes the browser to segfault as I
found this out through trial and error.

It's not worth touching the older versions as they don't work against
recent browser versions anyway.

No revbump as few people enable this flag.
