Remove support for HAS_ANSI_CONST (that was needed only for
compatibility with the old imake build; autoconf uses -Dconst=), and
HAS_ANSI_VOLATILE, which isn't used at all.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
