dev-python/sphinxcontrib-documentedlist: add version 0.6

Add DocumentedList Sphinx Extension version 0.6 required to generate
documentation for some pacakges, e.g. mitmproxy. This package is
intended to facilitate the net-proxy/mitmproxy package in the Pentoo
overlay.
