dev-lang/go: rev bump to install binaries correctly

Now we install the binaries in /usr/lib/go along with the rest of the Go
tree and use symlinks in /usr/bin to point to them.
dev-lang/go/go-1.5.1-r1.ebuild [new file with mode: 0644] blob
