Fix LazyItemsDict.__deepcopy__() for python 2.7.

In python-2.7, changes in deepcopy() make LazyItemsDict.__deepcopy__()
fail in some cases. Thanks to Diego E. Pettenò <flameeyes@g.o> for
reporting.
