- Remove annoying POD tests

Upstream:
- chroma method added on HSV and HSL
- distance metrics added for HSV and HSL
- Pallettes can map closest colour in any space using distance
  metric
- Avoid bugs in CORE::hex conflicting with sub hex under reloading
- Use Delta Approximation for number testing.
