net-misc/asterisk-g729: version bump to accomodate asterisk 13.

This includes:

version bump to EAPI=7.
Added -* to keywods (Downloads only available for x86 and amd64)
All http:// to https://
Update homepage to avoid redirect (Digium vs Sangoma).
