net-fs/smbnetfs: drop samba[client] dependency

The change allows usage of smbnetfs against stable samba.

smbnetfs needs libsmbclient.so from samba. That library is
installed unconditionally in >=samba-4.

USE=client in samba is something irrelevant to smbnetfs.
