Changes to support preauth.  Added prototypes for krb5_obtain_padata
and krb5_verify_padata.  Changed prototype for krb5_get_in_tkt

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
