app-admin/drush: version bump the 6.x series.

A version bump to v7.1.0 was requested in bug #564260. Unfortunately,
the 7.x and 8.x series require Composer, and we cannot package them.
This however alerted me to a new v6.6.0 release -- the subject
of this commit.
