app-emulation/qemu-9999: Follow qmp.py rename

Well, not a rename per se, but the file was moved (in qemu commit
8f8fd9edba4bd6768da2c8e2bea49ad5c16ced1a) from scripts/qmp/ to
python/qemu/. Follow this movement.
