Upstream:
- Overloading & and | no longer change All or Any objects in argument lists
- All(All( x ), y) is equivalent to All(x,y) and Any(Any(x),y) is equivalent to Any(x,y) via flattening
- Any() stringificaton of 'expected' improved
- Added 'none(@items)' test ( like "not any" )
