Use the file descriptor macros (eg. FD_SET) to handle fd arrays
Change #ifdef STREAMS to #ifdef HAVE_STREAMS
Started to add SYS-V utmp handling
Ripped out the old termio code.
Include <unistd.h> and <stdlib.h> where available.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
