games-emulation/vbam: Correct Vbam ebuild name

Rename vbam-2.0.0_beta2_pre20161211.tar.gz to
vbam-2.0.0_beta2_p20161211.tar.gz.  The ebuild points to a version that
came out after v2.0.0_beta2.
