dev-perl/Email-Simple: Bump to version 2.2110.0

Upstream:
- avoid possible problem with pathological backtracking when
  seeing malformed messages
- Don't treat "0" as an empty string
- Fix header and header_names not to have a fencepost error which
  causes suplus `undef`'s being returned and yeilding associated
  warnings.
