Added www-client/mozilla-firefox-bin and www-client/seamonkey-bin to the list of acceptable packages for nsplugin USE in RDEPEND.  This would be for bug #210189, but I didn't really see a point since this won't harm anything for anyone that doesn't have these installed, since they're listed last.
