windows.in (DLL_FILE_DEF): Add makefile controls to set either
KRB5_DLL_FILE or GSS_DLL_FILE, with the default being
KRB5_DLL_FILE.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
