media-gfx/curaengine: Add missing DEPs, remove broken test

Tests require missing dev-util/cppinit.
Docs require missing media-gfx/graphviz to provide 'dot'.
GCodePlannerTest broken per https://github.com/Ultimaker/CuraEngine/issues/404
