net-libs/xrootd: fix bug 603016 for boxes w/o SONAME

On some boxes SONAME is misteriously omitted, I can't reproduce
this, but for xrootd plugins this is not a problem, so it is safe
to replace QA_SONAME_NO_SYMLINK by QA_SONAME.
