- EAPI6
- Add USE="examples"
- Purge POD tests

- Add support for a single string lang instead of arrayref
- Add support for ranges, "next <weekday>",  "last <weekday>",
  "next <month>", "last <month>", "<amount> <unit> from now",
  "<[+-]amount> <unit>", "YYMMDD HH:MM:SS", "YYMMDD HH:MM:SS.NS"
  "Mon D HH:MM:SS.NS TZ YYYY"
- "0/DD/YYYY" assumes "YYYY-10-DD" ( October )
