dev-perl/MongoDB: Bump to version 1.8.0

- Fix for -flto link

Upstream:
- MONGODB-X509 auth now can auto-extract username from client
  certificate
- Fix '.' in @INC Makefile.PL
- Switch to binary SASL payloads
- Replace OP_KILL_CURSORS with killCursors
