app-accessibility/at-spi2-atk-2.30.0: fixes, add longdesc

Inherit from xdg to ensure env_reset to be on the safe side.
Don't disable p2p with tests, it's not a test knob, but a
atk-bridge feature.
Add longdescription to metadata.
