sys-fs/lvm2: workaround for building with USE="cman" enabled

Currently LVM installs systemd units and services unconditionally,
which breaks if USE="clvm" is enabled.

This commit adds proper REQUIRED_USE blocker and installs systemd
related files only when USE="systemd" is enabled
