Kind of funny, but it saves a lot of bytes, and makes the stuff easier
readable.  Looks like importing EPREFIX from portage_const makes it
available on global scope, like in Java it would be.  No real change,
just conceptual from portage_const.EPREFIX to EPREFIX, which seems to
work fine so far.
