net-firewall/fwknop: revbump to 2.6.8-r1 to adjust inherited eclasses

- Migrate to readme.gentoo-r1 eclass.
- Explicitly inherit eutils eclass since we explicitly use
  prune_libtool_files function that is provided by this eclass.
