freebsd.eclass: Switch to mirror://gentoo

FreeBSD upstream removed the distfiles for 11.1 release from their
servers.  Switch to mirror://gentoo to provide those old files.
While using upstream's servers would be correct for new releases,
the packages are last rited anyway.
