media-gfx/blender: add gcc-6 compile fix

Not doing a revision bump as this patch only affects compiling
with GCC 6.

- Remove one dependency as it's not even used at all
- Add patch that fixes compiling with GCC 6
  Closes Gentoo-Bug: 594694
