profiles: drop dangling arm profiles

Deleted arm profiles not referenced from profiles.desc, namely:
    hardened/linux/arm/armv4
    hardened/linux/arm/armv4t
    hardened/linux/arm/armv5te
    hardened/linux/arm/armv7a/selinux
    hardened/linux/uclibc/arm/armv6j

Instead of above use known 'profiles.desc' profiles:
    default/linux/arm/13.0/*
    default/linux/arm/17.0/*
