NIM Kerberos v4 configuration dialog

The Kerberos v4 options for individual identities
was never wired.  The controls were visible but they
did not do anything.  Implement them now for NIM 1.2.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
